Juno Lawyer

LLB(Hons) BA

Capability

I have a broad commercial background after many years working in private practice and within in-house legal teams. My commercial experience encompasses business acquisition, restructuring and disposal processes, contract interpretation and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. I have specific expertise in the energy and natural resources industry, with a strong focus on the mining and oil and gas sectors and the electricity industry.

My career path has exposed me to a range of organisations, business structures and cultures. I have learnt that one size does not fit all and pride myself on being able to deliver savvy, fit for purpose advice. It is critical that lawyers are viewed as business partners, rather than an obstacle to the business achieving its goals and I place a lot of emphasis on building relationships and understanding what makes a business and its people tick. I am adaptable, pragmatic and keep my sense of calm, and sense of humour, intact when the unexpected happens.
