I have extensive experience in all aspects of business law gained both in private practice and in-house roles. I have particular expertise in commercial and corporate matters, infrastructure, construction, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, ICT and commercial property across a variety of sectors. I have negotiated significant infrastructure, supply, services, operational and technology development contracts and have led complex mergers, acquisitions and investment transactions. Having been General Counsel for a telecommunications infrastructure business and a member of the executive team, I am strategic, commercially focused and pragmatic.
