I am a senior commercial lawyer with over 30 years’ experience in both private practice and in-house. I have worked across a wide range of industries, advising organisations on complex corporate and regulatory matters in Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. I believe that true value is provided to clients when they receive pragmatic and commercially focussed advice. I have worked closely with senior management and boards to assess legal risk while enabling organisations to meet their strategic and operational objectives. I have a collaborative approach and a strong understanding of commercial realities which enables me to work effectively with all stakeholders across a range of sectors to deliver the best outcome for the business.
