I am an experienced senior commercial lawyer with more than 17 years of commercial and corporate legal experience spanning a broad variety of in-house and private practice roles in New Zealand and the UK. My pragmatic, commercial and solutions-focused approach to advising clients has been shaped by my diverse in-house legal experience working with businesses and senior leadership teams in the technology, media, telecommunications, energy and infrastructure, intellectual property and professional services sectors in New Zealand and internationally, and by my experiences successfully establishing and running my own businesses.

I enjoy the variety of work that being an in-house lawyer brings, and the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of my clients and their businesses so that I can achieve optimal commercial and legal outcomes.
