I’m a senior commercial, regulatory and governance lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience working alongside multinational corporations, telecommunications providers, private enterprises, boards and executive leadership teams across New Zealand, Australia, the Pacific Islands and the Caribbean.

I’ve spent much of my career leading legal, regulatory, governance and risk functions in complex and highly commercial environments. I work closely with Chief Executives, Boards and senior leaders as a trusted advisor, supporting strategic initiatives, commercial transactions and regulatory engagement, as well as broader areas like corporate governance, technology and digital transformation, competition law, risk management and dispute resolution.
