I am a senior legal, risk and governance specialist with over 25 years’ experience advising corporates, financial institutions and government. I have held leadership roles across sectors as General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer and a law firm Partner. I have cross-border experience from the UK, New Zealand, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Caribbean.

I adopt a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to complex regulatory and commercial challenges. Known for simplifying complexity and fostering collaboration, I help organisations navigate regulatory change, manage risk, resolve disputes and establish and improve legal functions. My focus is on delivering practical and business-oriented outcomes.

I seek to build and foster relationships whether I’m leading a function or contributing as part of a team. I believe that the best results come from open communication, collaboration and a collegiate approach.
