Capability
I am an experienced commercial and general legal practitioner with a background across both private practice and in-house. A particular speciality of mine is the sporting industry, with a highlight being working on the largest women’s sporting event in the world. This experience has equipped me to operate efficiently and effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
I take a pragmatic, solution-orientated approach to my legal advice, ensuring it is aligned with commercial objectives. I value cross-functional collaboration and aim to build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders. I appreciate the variety of work that being an in-house lawyer offers and the unique opportunity to see how legal input directly contributes to commercial success and community impact.

Laura was a phenomenal addition to our team. We brought her on for support with a specific project which was cancelled in her first week, so this threw a curve-ball. We then asked her to work on some other projects. She took all of this change in her stride, connected with new stakeholders, and drove an ambitious piece of new work to completion in the time she was here. I would happily work with Laura again and highly recommend her to others. She is a great connector, communicator, and diligent worker.
