I bring a strong background in client service, operations, administration and technology, with a natural ability to bring structure and organisation to busy environments.

At Juno, I support the team across client experience, technology and operations, with a particular focus on creating a positive and seamless experience for our clients. I enjoy building strong relationships, understanding what people need and making sure they feel supported and well looked after throughout their experience with Juno.

I also enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts and finding practical ways to improve systems and processes. I’m people-focused and solutions-oriented, and I’m always looking for ways to make things simpler, more efficient and easier for others. I particularly enjoy problem-solving, connecting people with the right information and making sure nothing gets missed.
