Capability

I am a senior in‑house lawyer with more than ten years’ experience advising Boards, executive leadership, and operational teams on corporate, regulatory, and privacy matters in complex and highly regulated environments. I enjoy working alongside organisations to help them navigate uncertainty, manage risk, and make confident decisions, particularly where legal, policy, and operational considerations intersect.

I have built, uplifted, and led in-house legal functions, supported organisations through significant change, and advised on high-stakes matters across a broad range of disciplines. I am known for my warmth, relationship management skills, and ability to build strong, trusted relationships and make meaningful connections across teams and with key stakeholders. I take a collaborative, pragmatic approach, providing clear advice that helps people move forward together. I am particularly interested in supporting organisations facing regulatory change, privacy and information sharing challenges, complex commercial arrangements, and in-house transformation projects.
