We’ve recently updated our Privacy Policy, effective 05 September 2025. These updates were made as a result of a regular review of our privacy policy.
What’s new:
- Clearer definitions of information types
The policy now distinguishes between Client information (details about legal service clients) and Guest information (newsletter subscribers, website visitors, and event attendees). You may be both a client and a guest, so both sections may apply to you.
- Updated collection and use of information
Most client information is collected directly from you, but may also come from other parties, public records, or business websites. Guest information includes details you provide for newsletters or events, and technical data (like email opens or website visits) collected via cookies. You can opt out of some technical tracking, but this may affect service quality.
- Third-Party IT Providers
The policy lists all current third-party providers used for IT infrastructure. Each provider’s privacy statement is linked for transparency.
