Nicola Hardy Juno Legal

Capability

Solving problems and achieving a client’s goals with the minimum of fuss is what drives me. I have always been a hands-on, people-person and it’s nice to be able to use these types of skills with a legal hat on to bring value to clients.

I have over 20 years’ experience gained in the UK and New Zealand working in the corporate, financial services, regulatory and energy sectors in both in-house roles and in private practice, leading legal teams and working closely alongside businesses. My in-house experiences have allowed me to partner with businesses and leadership teams and I have been fortunate to work with them to develop their strategic goals while ensuring that risk appetite and governance are given equal consideration. I always enjoy getting to know new clients and learning about new industries and applying my skills as a flexible and pragmatic lawyer and business partner.
