Jenine Briggs joined the Foodstuffs legal team in September 2019 as temporary cover. She stepped in and immediately took full responsibility for our Co-operative Member change of ownership transactions. Jenine then moved into a role assisting us with the Commerce Commission Market Study into the Retail Grocery Industry. She played a key role in managing the very extensive Requests for Information and coordination of our responses.

Jenine has slotted in really well in our small Legal Team and has a wide range of experience that enables her to turn her hand to many different tasks. She has provided an experienced, level-headed addition to the Team and is well-liked and respected across the Business. We greatly appreciate her contribution
