Helen assisted Marlborough District Council in a recent review of our legal structure and provided our Executive Team with a range of options for our legal function going forward. Helen was extremely helpful in fostering communication with General Counsel’s from other local authorities and also assisted in the recruitment of a General Counsel for Marlborough District Council.
