I have wide ranging experience in the financial services industry - having worked in-house at a global financial institution in legal, front office and risk management teams and in private practise at a leading global law firm.

My areas of expertise include integrating internal business governance into risk and controls processes, advising on sustainable finance and embedding climate and ESG considerations into BAU, negotiating and drafting complex derivatives transactions, advising on private debt and capital markets transactions, regulatory advisory, cross border, and managing litigation. 

Throughout my career I have valued building close relationships with commercial teams to understand the business motivations and needs, and pride myself at being able to combine subject matter expertise with the ability to think beyond the obvious.
