With a 'people first' approach and well-honed strategic instincts, I have over a decade of experience working within organisations to ensure robust decision-making and effective processes.

I am values-based in both the work I do and the way I work with people. I lead with integrity, encourage and empower others, and establish a safe space for people to be themselves, thereby achieving excellence. I have experience setting up and growing teams, operating from a high-trust, encouraging model. I create streamlined structures and processes to ensure legal mahi can be appropriately assigned and managed. Much of my mahi has also included work in, or oversight of, complaints and investigations.

I am passionate about providing legal advice in a way which is practical and digestible, and working with my clients to ensure genuine understanding.
