I am an experienced commercial lawyer with a broad range of in- house experience across Australia and New Zealand. Having worked in a large international insurance company, an industrial union, an American software company and most recently a New Zealand state-owned enterprise in the aviation sector, my breadth of experience has shaped my agile and pragmatic approach to in-house advising.
I have been fortunate to develop particular areas of expertise in supporting international procurement functions, high value and large scale contractual negotiations and leasing and licencing requirements for both IT and real estate.
