With 20+ years’ experience across New Zealand, the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific, I advise on commercial and technology contracting, technology transformation, outsourcing, managed services, risk management and legal operations. I also have experience in insurance services, procurement, modern slavery, and in building and delivering training programmes. 

My experience across financial services, professional services, private practice and government allows me to quickly understand client priorities and deliver solutions that are legally robust and commercially effective. As a trusted adviser to boards, executives and clients, I am known for translating complexity into clarity, commerciality, building strong relationships and helping teams and organisations perform at their best.

I have had held numerous leadership roles, most recently leading a team in Asia Pacific and enjoy coaching and mentoring team members. My leadership style is people-focused, inclusive and collaborative.
