I am a senior commercial and regulatory lawyer with extensive in-house experience across private and public organisations operating in complex environments. A strategic thinker, I bring sound commercial judgement and a pragmatic risk lens to my work.

Earlier in my career, I established and led the highly regarded Corporate Legal team at Auckland DHB. Most recently, as Deputy General Counsel at the University of Auckland, I provided commercial, contracting, governance, regulatory and administrative law advice across a wide range of academic and operational activities.
