With more than 20 years PQE, I am an experienced commercial lawyer, people leader and strategic thinker, having worked mainly in global, high growth telecommunications and technology companies.  I have worked in both the private and public sector. As well as leading the legal and commercial functions, I have also established and lead Compliance and Data Privacy functions.  

I am comfortable operating within complex global matrix models across multiple jurisdictions, I deliver pragmatic, "right-sized" advice focused on problem-solving. I am a trusted business partner with exemplary stakeholder management skills.  

I have a diploma in Positive Psychology and like to influence and deliver through the use of positive communication and a benefit mindset approach.  

I bring a strong passion for legal operations and innovation. Recently I obtained a Certificate in AI Law, Policy and Governance through the London School of Economics. In my most recent permanent role, I lead the Microsoft CoPilot POC as well as implementing a specific Legal AI tool.
