I have over 25 years of experience as a senior leader, lawyer and executive across both conduct and prudential regulation in the financial services industry, and have held executive roles at the Reserve Bank of New Zealand and the Financial Markets Authority. My expertise spans strategy, business planning and performance, legal, risk, assurance, governance and stakeholder management. I have deep experience in regulatory systems and machinery of Government. I enjoy building capability and embedding sustainable change and transformation, most recently across areas such as Climate Change, Financial inclusion and Te Ao Māori. I am comfortable in complex environments and I am passionate about making an impactful contribution to an organisation.
