Juno Lawyer | Sue Wray

Capability

I bring over 20 years’ experience in regulatory and public law across private practice, in‑house roles, and my own practice. I have worked extensively with central government, advising ministers, boards, and senior decision‑makers, and influencing regulatory frameworks for clients. My practice is grounded in public and administrative law, with experience spanning utilities and infrastructure, housing and urban development, natural resources, and commercial law. I specialise in legislative reform and leading change.

I am trusted to advise on complex legal issues with significant consequences, where practical judgment and effective relationship management are critical. My legal expertise is complemented by experience in strategic advisory, governance, and stakeholder management roles.
