Kathryn is deeply experienced and very productive. She has taken an early leadership position in the contract she is doing for us – it is a very material contract relating to procurement of refined product with a new counterparty. She has also been a great team member and is well liked. She has been a wise shoulder for us to lean on during the last Omicron break out given how far ahead of us in the trajectory that Melbourne is – i.e. what to expect, not to panic, how to manage etc. She is very smart, confident, happy to assume leadership, and also a compassionate and kind teammate.
