To say Jeremy is a safe pair of hands is an understatement. Jeremy came to EA to cover parental leave. He helped us by taking on a newly created interim manager role in our compliance (enforcement) team, bringing together a team of investigators. Jeremy put in place new processes and redesigned the way the team operated to streamline and modernise the function, while also keeping the team happy and engaged. He also dealt with some high profile and challenging cases. Nothing seems to phase Jeremy; he’s extremely competent, reliable and fits in really well in any team. Jeremy has materially reduced the pressure and workload for me – he’s been a lifesaver.
