Luana was brought in to assist with the review and development of rules set by the Commission for certain regulated businesses. Her work was of a very high quality, helping to ensure risks were managed, and decisions were robust and well-reasoned.

Luana fit into the project team immediately and understood and delivered on her role from the outset. She was proactive in making sure she had the information she needed to do her work, and where there were drafting queries worked directly with the team to come to a landing quickly. Luana was always friendly, enthusiastic, and willing to work flexibly to meet the team's needs.

She is a very good communicator, is delivery-oriented, and is able to meet deadlines under pressure.
