Nikki, thank you for being such a wonderful addition to the team: you are a great commercially minded and pragmatic lawyer, always delivering on your promises, dependable and client focussed. Most of all, you will be missed for the lovely person you are, always taking an interest in others and supporting where you can. I sense that it is now well and truly time to ‘cut the cord’ for fear of never being able to let go.

Jenine Briggs joined the Foodstuffs legal team in September 2019 as temporary cover. She stepped in and immediately took full responsibility for our Co-operative Member change of ownership transactions. Jenine then moved into a role assisting us with the Commerce Commission Market Study into the Retail Grocery Industry. She played a key role in managing the very extensive Requests for Information and coordination of our responses.
